1 h art cerca di stabilire rapporti più stretti e di sollecitare attraverso vari canali il sostegno privato. La gente comune (famiglie, dipendenti statali, studenti…) potrà così diventare parte integrante di questo congegno, richiedendo un semplice servizio a domicilio.

In questo modo 1 h art crea un sistema aperto, fatto di generazione e ridefinizione continua: un arricchimento culturale che porti a una nuova apertura e a una responsabilizzazione da parte dei soggetti nei confronti di un mondo che potrebbe così non apparire più alieno; una presa di coscienza da parte del pubblico circa le nuove modalità e i nuovi strumenti della produzione artistica contemporanea.

Nasce così un circuito di scambi che si fonda sul dono. Una sorta di laboratorio volto a costruire nuova arte e nuova condivisione. Il fine è l’iterazione sociale che attraverso il dono diventa dare/ricevere/ricambiare: l’arte farà qualcosa per il pubblico, il pubblico farà qualcosa per l’arte.

Guidieri nel suo Saggio sul prestito dice: quando regaliamo qualcosa a qualcuno, compiamo un atto personalizzato. Regaleremo, probabilmente, qualcosa che ci fa piacere regalare, ma tenendo presenti i gusti e la personalità del destinatario. Pertanto, in quel dono ci sarà qualcosa di noi e qualcosa di chi lo riceverà (…).

1 h art is looking to establish lasting relationships and to create activity through various private channels. Everyday people (families, state workers, students…) may in this way become an integral part of this project by simply offering their homes to artists.

In this way 1 h art creates an open system made of continual regeneration and redefinition; an enrichment of culture that brings about a new opening and a new responsibility on the part of the public regarding a world that might not seem so alien – a conscious decision by the public regarding the new models and new instruments evident in contemporary artistic production.

As a result a circuit of exchange is born that is based on giving. A type of laboratory directed to construct a new art and new exchanges.

The objective is the social interaction that through giving becomes giving/recieving/exchanging: Art does something for the public and the public does something for art.

In his Saggio Sul Prestito Guidieri states : when we give something to someone, we make a personal act. We give, probably, something that we like to give, but taking into consideration the tastes and the personality of the personal receiving the gift. Therfore, in that gift there will be something of us and something of the receiver (…)
